About Me

I live my life with passion and happiness. With a long background in customer service, the move to UX feels like a perfect fit. I enjoy making and building relationships and am an experience motivated person. I am a fantastic listener and passionate to learn and grow to become the best version of myself constantly. I love a challenge and new experiences.

I have experience in sales, management, and many roles with customer service. These various roles have taught me to empathize from a customer perspective. I love to bring positivity into the world by making all my customers feel important and understood, no matter what I am working on. Combining this expertise with my personal passion for design and creativity brought me to user experience design. My previous experience as a team leader means I can harmonize customer needs while delivering on my employer’s goals. Inspiring and organized, I help teams to create efficient and stunning work. No problem is too challenging to take on; puzzles are a personal hobby of mine. As a UX designer, I want to solve problems while delivering the best product for my users and employer.

In my personal life, I am a very active person. I frequent the gym and love activities such as skiing and hiking. I've had my dog for 13 years, and also love live music. I love to explore and travel. While I currently reside in Denver, CO, I have a lot of love for my past homes of Lake Tahoe, and Las Vegas. While I do enjoy my outdoor time, I am quite a homebody. I spend hours on jigsaw puzzles and logic problems.
